Ottho Heldringstraat (Slotervaart)

We're offering a small house via de Alliantie in Slotervaart, for 2 students. Both rooms are 12m2, one with balcony. You share a hall, bathroom and livingroom of 18m2. The bathroom is not in the best condition, but de Alliantie is working on it.

The room without balcony is about 300 euros incl. and the room with balcony about 325 euros incl. Students are aloud to apply together.
This house is for Dutch students only. The rooms are for 2 years maximum.
